Return Rights (Right of Withdrawal)

In accordance with European Union laws, you have the right to return any online purchase within 14 days after receiving it, without needing to provide a reason.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be unused, sweat-free, and in its original condition;
• Have all original tags and packaging;
• Be free from odours, stains, makeup residue, or signs of washing.

If the item does not meet these conditions, the return may be refused.

Exception for Discounted Items (Final Sale)

• Items purchased on sale or marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.
• This information will always be clearly stated on the product page and at checkout.

Size Exchanges

If the size you ordered does not fit, we offer the option to exchange it for another size of the same model within 14 days after receiving it.

Size exchange rules:

• The item must be unused, free of odors, and with all original tags.
• Exchanges are only allowed for the same model in a different size, subject to availability.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• If the desired size is not available, we will issue a store credit for the item’s value (valid for 90 days).
• First size exchange is free for orders over €130.

Return Shipping Costs and Responsibility

• Return shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs for regular returns and exchanges, except in cases of defective items.
• Defective or damaged items: If the item has a manufacturing defect or was sent incorrectly, Boreá will cover the return shipping cost.

Return or Exchange Process: Request a return or exchange by e-mail borea@borea.fi within 14 days of receiving the order, including:

Order number
Item you wish to return or exchange
Reason for return or exchange. If the item is defective, attach clear photos of the issue.

• Once your request is approved, we will send you return instructions.
• Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process the refund or store credit within 7 to 10 business days, using the original payment method.
