Return Rights (Right of Withdrawal)<\/strong><\/h3>

In accordance with European Union laws, you have the right to return any online purchase within 14 days after receiving it, without needing to provide a reason.<\/strong><\/p>

To be eligible for a return, the item must:<\/p>

  • Be unused, sweat-free, and in its original condition;<\/strong><\/li>
  • Have all original tags and packaging;<\/strong><\/li>
  • Be free from odours, stains, makeup residue, or signs of washing.<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>

    If the item does not meet these conditions, the return may be refused.<\/p>

    Exception for Discounted Items (Final Sale)<\/p>

    • Items purchased on sale or marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.<\/strong><\/li>
    • This information will always be clearly stated on the product page and at checkout.<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>

      Size Exchanges<\/p>

      If the size you ordered does not fit, we offer the option to exchange it for another size of the same model within 14 days after receiving it.<\/p>

      Size exchange rules:<\/p>

      • The item must be unused, free of odors, and with all original tags.<\/strong><\/li>
      • Exchanges are only allowed for the same model in a different size, subject to availability.<\/strong><\/li>
      • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.<\/strong><\/li>
      • If the desired size is not available, we will issue a store credit for the item’s value (valid for 90 days).<\/strong><\/li>
      • First size exchange is free for orders over \u20ac130.<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>

        Return Shipping Costs and Responsibility<\/p>

        • Return shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs for regular returns and exchanges, except in cases of defective items.<\/strong><\/li>
        • Defective or damaged items: If the item has a manufacturing defect or was sent incorrectly, Bore\u00e1 will cover the return shipping cost.<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>

          Return or Exchange Process: Request a return or exchange by e-mail <\/strong>borea@borea.fi within 14 days of receiving the order, including:<\/strong><\/p>

          Order number
          Item you wish to return or exchange
          Reason for return or exchange. If the item is defective, attach clear photos of the issue.<\/p>

          • Once your request is approved, we will send you return instructions.<\/strong><\/li>
